❌ In contrast, some elements of AuthPoint’s WatchGuard Cloud settings are confusing with no labels or additional information to guide the user. Administrators who are first starting out have to resort to long and complex documentation. User training might be necessary with AuthPoint. Further, the QR Code authentication method requires the user to type in a 6-digit code. This is cumbersome and not user-friendly. The equivalent method in Rublon only asks the user to scan the QR code and then automatically logs them in to the application.

For one, AuthPoint uses outdated security headers and does not use all the cutting-edge security mechanisms that Rublon does. ❌Contrary to Rublon, AuthPoint offers only a few authentication methods. Above all, AuthPoint does not support FIDO security keys.
