Rublon Authenticator

Secure access to cloud and on-premise apps by transforming your mobile devices into software tokens

Turn your users’ mobile devices into secure authentication tokens with the Rublon Authenticator mobile app. Rublon Authenticator is free for users and available for iOS and Android.

Easy, One-Tap Authentication

The fastest and easiest way to authenticate is Mobile Push, the authentication method that sends a push notifications to users’ mobile devices and asks them to verify their identity by tapping the approve button. Fraudulent attempts to access company data are stopped when users tap the deny button.

Offline Login with Mobile Passcodes

Users who are traveling or for any other reason experience the lack of internet connectivity on their mobile device, still have the possibility to authenticate. Rublon Authenticator generates Mobile Passcodes even when offline.

Trusted Device Management

Users may view, delete and rename their trusted devices at any place and time, using Rublon Authenticator on their mobile device.

Email Address Management

Rublon authenticates users based on the email addresses of their accounts. If an account’s email address is added to Rublon Authenticator, then users gain the possibility to authenticate via Mobile Push, Mobile Passcodes and QR Codes using Rublon Authenticator. Multiple email addresses may be added to Rublon Authenticator.

Biometric Lock

Access to the Rublon Authenticator app can be secured using a PIN code or a biometric lock that uses Touch ID on iOS and fingerprint sensors on Android devices.

Out-of-Band Authentication (OOB/OOBA)

Rublon Authenticator is compliant with the definition of Out-of-Band Devices in section 5.1.3 of the NIST SP 800-63B Digital Identity Guidelines on Authentication and Lifecycle Management.
