Today, we are thrilled to announce that new settings have been added to the Rublon Admin Console, allowing administrators to customize the Rublon Prompt and email messages users receive.
Adding New Customization Options
We are answering a common request to add options that would allow displaying your own help desk contact details on the Rublon Prompt. Up to now, we have only allowed administrators to set their own logo that is displayed on the Rublon Prompt and Mobile Push authentication requests.
The new set of Rublon Admin Console settings provides a more customized experience, enabling organizations to easily brand their authentication process and help desk communications.
What’s New for Admins
With the new customization settings, Rublon administrators can:
- Disable the “Protected by Rublon” message displayed on the Rublon Prompt.
- Add a Reply-To address for email messages received by users.
- Define help text displayed on the Rublon Prompt and in the email messages received by users.
- Add one or two links displayed under the help text.
These new settings provide administrators with the ability to customize the Rublon Prompt and email messages according to their organization’s specific needs.
What’s New for Users
Thanks to the new customization settings, users can now see custom text on the Rublon Prompt and email messages received from Rublon.
The customizable text can contain a message to the user.
The links can lead, for example, to your organization’s internal help guide or an IT support form.
How to Set the New Customization Settings
Using the new customization settings couldn’t be easier.
- Sign in to the Rublon Admin Console.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Make all desired changes in the Customization section.

Once changes have been made, users will immediately start to see the updated Rublon Prompt and email messages.
