As some of you might have already noticed, over the past week, we have been adding new tabs and features to the Rublon Admin Console. These updates are related to a new expendable tab called Reports.
What’s New?
Authentications Tab
The Authentications tab provides valuable information about idle and denied authentications and users in the past 30 days. It also includes diagrams that show the most used authentication methods and applications. This insight helps you to proactively address potential security threats and ensure compliance with security policies.

Phone Logs Tab
The Phone Logs tab allows you to review detailed phone logs of all events related to phone-based authentication methods in your organization. Whether it’s SMS verification codes or phone calls used for MFA, you can track these events to monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and audit authentication activities.

Reports
We have organized the Authentications and Phone Logs under a new expandable list tab called Reports to streamline your navigation experience. In addition, Authentication Logs and Audit Logs have also been moved under Reports, so you can access all your logs and reports in one convenient place.
