The Rublon Status Page is a dedicated website that displays live operational status and recent performance data for all critical Rublon services, keeping you up to date on planned maintenance and service disruptions.

Our legacy status page served its purpose well but had its limitations. Since customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, we resolved to use a new, industry-standard platform for better compatibility, scalability, and performance.

The Rublon Status Page provides a comprehensive overview of all Rublon service events, including incidents, planned maintenance, and service disruptions. Here’s a breakdown of all the elements and features of our new Status Page.

The Status Tab

Here, you will find:

Live Uptime Overview: Verify, at a glance, if Rublon Infrastructure is operational and check the status of:
- Rublon API
- Rublon Admin Console
- Rublon Support Portal
- Rublon Website
- Phone Call Delivery
- SMS Delivery
- Email Delivery
Historical Data: Examine uptime metrics and performance trends going back 30 days.

You do not have to keep checking our Status Page manually. You can subscribe to our Status Page to receive instant email notifications whenever a service event, like an incident or planned maintenance, is created, updated, or resolved.

1. Open the Rublon Status Page.

2. Select Get updates.

3. Enter your email address.

4. Check Subscribe to specific components and pick only those you want updates for. Otherwise, leave it unchecked to subscribe to all.

5. Select Subscribe.

6. You will receive an email message asking you to confirm your subscription. Select Confirm your subscription.

7. Congratulations. You have subscribed to the Rublon Status Page. You will receive email notifications whenever Rublon creates, updates, or resolves an incident.

The Maintenance Tab

Check proactive maintenance updates to keep an eye on any scheduled downtime, ensuring you can plan around maintenance windows well in advance. Should any disruptions or interruptions occur, information about the planned resolution will appear in the Maintenance tab as well.

Want a look back? Stay informed about past and ongoing issues and how they were or are being resolved. Explore an archive of incidents to understand their timelines and outcomes, giving you full transparency into our operational history.
