You can now pay for your Rublon subscription in currencies other than USD. Depending on the country you choose in Invoice Details, you can pay with EUR, GBP, or PLN. This will make your billing process easier and more convenient.
In this post, we will explain why we added this feature, how to change your currency, and what benefits you can expect from it.
Why We Added Multiple Currencies
We know many of our customers are based outside the US and prefer to pay in their local currency. We also know that currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations can be a hassle and a cost for you. Further, banks might make it harder for you to pay in USD using a European debit card.
That’s why we decided to add multiple currencies to our payment system. We want to make it easier for you to manage your budget and avoid unnecessary fees. We also want to show our appreciation for your loyalty and trust in our service.
What Benefits You Can Expect
By paying in a different currency, you can enjoy these benefits:
- Save money on currency conversion fees and exchange rate fluctuations.
- Have more control over your budget and cash flow.
- Avoid confusion and errors when reconciling your invoices.
- Support your local economy and currency.
When and How You Can Change the Currency
- If you haven’t started your subscription yet and haven’t filled the Invoice Details in the Admin Console, you can do it and the currency will be set according to your country per the info in the Pricing FAQ.
- If you haven’t started your subscription yet and have already filled in the Invoice Details in the Admin Console, you can contact Rublon Support and ask us to change the currency for you.
- If you have started your subscription or your old subscription is still ongoing, It’s not possible to change your currency. If you really want to change your currency in this scenario:
- Wait until the last day of your subscription and change it to Rublon Free
- Contact Rublon Support and ask us to change the currency
- Start a new subscription and pay for it in the new currency
