We are excited to announce that we took a significant step forward in enhancing user experience by internationalizing the Rublon Prompt and user emails. As part of our commitment to provide top-notch security solutions to a global audience, these features are now available in German (DE) and Polish (PL).
What’s New?
New Setting in the Rublon Admin Console
We added a new setting in the Settings tab of the Rublon Admin Console called Default Language. This new setting allows an administrator to set the language that will always be selected in the Rublon Prompt by default for all users in the organization.
Rublon Prompt Localization
The Rublon Prompt, a critical part of our Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process, is now available in German and Polish. Users can now authenticate and manage their authenticators in their native languages, making the process more intuitive and user-friendly.
Localized User Emails
All emails sent to users, including Email Link-related and notification emails, are now available in German and Polish. This ensures clear communication and better understanding for our international users.

How to Enable the New Languages
The new languages are available automatically. Users and administrators do not have to do anything to enable the new languages.
Any user can change their language on the Rublon Prompt by selecting the preferred language in the dropdown menu in the top-left corner.
Administrators can set the preferred language for their users in the Default Language section of the Settings tab in the Rublon Admin Console. The language selected in the dropdown will be set as the default language on every Rublon Prompt for all users in the organization.
