You can now enable username normalization for all users who log in to a particular application. This means that different forms of usernames, such as the sAMAccountName (DOMAIN\username) and UserPrincipalName (username@example.com), will be treated as the same user.
With this latest feature in the Rublon Admin Console, administrators with application management privileges can enable username normalization for each new or existing application.
Admins can decide whether usernames should be normalized so that RUBLON\bob, bob@rublon.com, and bob will all be treated as the same user. This allows for the normalization of usernames in the form of a UPN or sAMAccountName.
Administrators Can Now Normalize Usernames Per Application
From now on, every organization can conveniently enable or disable username normalization per application by checking a single checkbox when adding or editing an application in the Rublon Admin Console. This applies to both UPN and sAMAccountName forms of usernames.
