I can’t register another company
If you already are the owner or an admin in an existing company, you cannot register a new company with the same email address. Moreover, you cannot be an admin in any other company.
Example 1:
• alice@example.com is the owner of company A
• alice@example.com tries to create company B
alice@example.com cannot create company B because alice@example.com is already the owner of company A.
Example 2:
• alice@example.com is the owner of company A
• bob@example.com creates a new company B and wants to add alice@example.com as an admin in company B
bob@example.com cannot add alice@example.com as an admin in company B because alice@example.com is already the owner of company A. As a result, alice@example.com can only become a user in company B.
If you already are an owner or admin of an existing company but would like to either create a new company or be an admin of another company, consider using a different email address.

How can I enable the SMS Passcode or SMS Link authentication method for Rublon Admin Console logins?
Add your phone number on your profile page. The number will be automatically added in Administrators, so when logging in to Admin Console, you will be able to select the SMS Passcode or SMS Link authentication method. Since using SMS Passcode and SMS Link authentication methods consumes Phone Credits, make sure you have enough Phone Credits in your organization.
When adding a new policy, I cannot select WebAuthn as the only active authentication method
You cannot activate WebAuthn as the only active authentication method. You need to activate at least one other method so that you can confirm your identity when enrolling a U2F key.
I don’t see Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices when creating or editing a policy
Authorized Networks and Remembered Devices are only available for Trial and Paid plans.
I created a Custom Policy but it doesn’t work
You have to assign a policy to at least one application for the policy to take effect.

I can’t add my phone number
If you get an error when adding a phone number, and you are sure the phone number you provided is correct, please contact Rublon Support. Describe your problem and provide your phone number and country.
Setting a Default Authentication Method to SMS Passcode or SMS Link does not work
We understand that you may be experiencing difficulties when trying to set the Default Authentication Method to SMS Passcode or SMS Link. This could be due to the system’s current configuration, which relies on the default or last-used phone number for SMS-related methods.
To resolve this issue, we recommend setting a phone number with SMS consent as the default. Once this is set, you should be able to select SMS Passcode or SMS Link as your Default Authentication Method.
