Two-Factor Authentication

Rublon User Guide is meant for users who want to learn more about Rublon. If you are an administrator looking for deployment instructions, refer to our Documentation.

Why use Two-Factor Authentication?

Passwords are obsolete and easy to compromise. When somebody guesses or steals your password, they get full access to your account. What is even worse, you will not be aware of this until it is too late. Two-Factor Authentication is the answer to this problem.

Click here to learn more about the importance of Multi-Factor Authentication.

It’s really simple!

  1. Enter your login and password.
  2. Verify your identity using your phone.
  3. Get secure access to your application.

After entering your password, you have to verify your identity via a second factor, which provides an additional layer of security. The second factor might be your phone or hardware token. Even if somebody knows your password, they will not be able to get access to your account.

Install Rublon Authenticator. Thanks to Rublon Mobile Push, you will be notified every time somebody attempts to log in to your account. Rublon Authenticator is available for iOS and Android.
