How to use a Bypass Code?

May 16, 2024 By Rublon Authors

Last updated on October 16, 2024

Rublon User Guide is meant for users who want to learn more about Rublon. If you are an administrator looking for deployment instructions, refer to our Documentation.

After an administrator generates a Bypass Code for you, you can use this code to access your application. The login flow can vary, depending on how you log in to your application.

Rublon Prompt Logins

1. Enter your login and password.

2. The Rublon Prompt will appear. Select the Passcode authentication method.

3. Enter the Bypass Code you received from an administrator.

4. Congratulations. You gained access to your application.

Promptless Logins

1. Ask your administrator if Append Mode is enabled for your Rublon-integrated service.

2. When logging in to your Rublon-integrated service, append the Bypass Code you received from your administrator to the password using the Append Mode.

For example, if your password is TR$Eyh$RH4, the separator is the default , (comma), and the Bypass Code is 608949564, you must enter the following string in the password field:

TR$Eyh$RH4,608949564

4. Congratulations. You gained access to your service.
