Terms of Use

§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

1. These Terms of Use (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Rublon Platform available at https://rublon.com/, including all associated websites, features, and services (collectively, the “Platform“). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.  
2. Your use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Rublon reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

§ 2 License & IP

1. Rublon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. 
   
2. The Platform and its entire contents, including software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, are the property of Rublon or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

§ 3 User Conduct

1. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
   1. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
      
   2. Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or its servers or networks.
      
   3. Creating a database of any type by systematically downloading and storing any content from the Platform unless expressly permitted by Rublon.
      
   4. Probe, scan, monitor or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform, or breach the security or authentication measures on the Platform or any network connected to the Platform.
      
   5. Change, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or take apart any part of the Platform (including its content). You also can’t try to figure out the source code or get around any access restrictions we’ve put in place, unless it’s specifically allowed by law.
      
   6. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
      
   7. Scrape information from the Platform, especially information protected by the intellectual property law or by data privacy rules.
      
   8. Send, by email or other means, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, pyramid scheme or any other form of solicitation, or conceal or forge headers of emails or other messages, or otherwise misrepresent the identity of senders, for the purpose of sending spam or other unsolicited messages.
      
   9. Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
      
   10. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. 
       
2. Any content, material, or information you submit to the Platform, including feedback, suggestions, or ideas, is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant Rublon a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
   
3. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to Rublon collecting, using, and sharing your information as explained in our Privacy Policy. If you’re under 18, you can’t create an account or give us any personal details. If Rublon find out that Rublon collected information from someone under 18, Rublon will delete it right away.
   

§ 4 Warranties & Liability

1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rublon disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   
2. Rublon might occasionally include links or host content from other websites or services. These are provided for your convenience and don’t mean Rublin endorses or are responsible for them. Rublon doesn’t make any promises about their quality, accuracy, or anything else. If you use them, it’s at your own risk. Remember, when you click a link to leave our platform, our policies, like our Privacy Policy, no longer apply.
   
3. Rublon can share your submissions and details about how they were sent to others. Rublon might do this to run the Platform, protect Rublon, our partners, or users, follow laws, enforce these Terms, or for other reasons. Rublon is not responsible for how other users act on the Platform or any problems that happen because of it. You might see offensive or inappropriate content on the Platform, and you agree that Rublon isn’t responsible for that.
   
4. In no event shall Rublon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform. Total liability of Rublon, for any reason related to these terms (including its content or any submissions), can’t be more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   
5. Roublon won’t be held responsible for any delays, problems, or the Platform not working properly if it’s caused by things beyond Rublon’s control. This includes things like natural disasters, problems with communication networks, terrorism, war, riots, strikes, or government actions (force majeure).
   
6. You agree to indemnify and hold Rublon harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

§ 5 Termination

1. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in these Terms, you agree that Rublon may, in its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, for any or no reason, suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the parts of Platform and/or block your future access to any or all parts of the Platform, including without limitation for any of the following reasons: (a) if we determine that you have violated any provision, of these Terms, (b) in response to a request by a law enforcement or other government agency, (c) due to discontinuance or material modification of any of the Platform, or (d) due to unexpected technical issues or problems.
   
2. Rublon shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to any part of the Platform. The rights and obligations of these Terms which by their nature should survive, shall so survive any termination of your use of the Sites.

§ 6 Final Provisions

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
   
2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rublon regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
