In accordance with Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), Adips sp. z o.o. provides the following information regarding the processing of your personal data:
1. Controller of your personal data
Controller of personal data is Rublon sp. z o.o. having its registered seat in Zielona Góra at Stanisława Wyspiańskiego Street 11, 65-036 Zielona Góra, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Zielona Góra, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 3011, NIP (VAT number): PL 9730702133, share capital: PLN 200.000,00; email: support@rublon.com (the “Controller”).
2. The purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data
The Controller processes your personal data in order to provide you with the opportunity to participate in recruitment processes carried out currently and in the future by the Controller.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
- in the scope of currently carried out recruitment processes – taking steps by the Controller at the request of the candidate for an employee (i.e. consideration of a job application) prior to entering into a contract (Article 6 sections 1, let. b) of the GDPR);
- in the scope of recruitment processes that may be carried out in the future – the consent expressed by the candidate for an employee (Article 6 sections 1, let. a) of the GDPR).
3. Recipients of your personal data
The Controller may share your personal data with its subcontractors (entities the Controller uses for processing) such as:
- IT service providers;
- entities with whom the Controller cooperates in the course of recruitment.
The Controller uses IT service providers who are based outside the European Union. Accordingly, your data may be transferred to entities to which the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data. You have the right to request a copy of your data at any time. These entities based outside the European Union process personal data on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, referred to in Article 46 of the GDPR, concluded between the Controller and the IT service provider, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
4. Data retention time
The Controller shall keep your personal data for a period of 3 years from the date of their collection – if a candidate for an employee has given the appropriate consent. If the consent was not given, personal data is deleted immediately after the end of the current recruitment process.
5. Rights of data subjects
The data subject has the following rights:
- right to access the given personal data and the right to receive a copy;
- the right to rectify personal data;
- the right to delete personal data;
- the right to demand limiting the processing of personal data;
- the right to transfer personal data;
- the right to object to the processing of personal data provided;
- the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
You may contact the Controller to exercise the above rights.
The Controller does not make a decision with respect to you that is based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
6. Information on voluntariness or the necessity to provide data
Providing your data is voluntary, however, if you do not provide it, it will be impossible for you to take part in the recruitment processes.
