A big Rublon platform update will be released on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.

The process will start at 2:00 am Eastern Time (New York) and will take a few moments to complete, during which Rublon will not be available.

  • 7:00 am British Summer Time (London)

  • 11:30 am Indian Standard Time (New Delhi)

Here’s What You’ll Have To Do

You and your users will have to update your Rublon Authenticator mobile apps and enroll your mobile devices again. We know that this is a big ask, but we made it simple for you by providing the following guides:

Due to the system-wide impact of this update, we are not able to do it without a short pause in service. We hope that the new features will make up for it.

Learn What’s New in Rublon

Users will now be able to install the Rublon Authenticator mobile app on multiple devices. Also, once we update our connectors, no email addresses will be required anymore for protecting accounts, as usernames will be sufficient. This update will be the foundation for everything new that we will be building for you. Be ready for new possibilities like Directory Sync, Group Management, and the awaited MSP Portal.
