What is Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment?
Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment is a natural extension of the Enrollment Email feature. It allows administrators to send email messages with enrollment links to multiple users at once. This is especially useful when you are just starting your Rublon journey or want to enroll a new department.
How Does Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment Work?
The Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment feature is extremely simple.
- Select the users in the Users tab of the Rublon Admin Console.
- Click the Send Enrollment Emails button.
Here’s how it’s done, step by step, with screenshots.
That’s it as far as administrators are concerned! You might want to let your users know that they received an Enrollment Email. Each user can now open the enrollment email and go through the whole enrollment process all the way up to scanning the QR code and adding their account to their Rublon Authenticator mobile app.
How Does Bulk Enrollment Improve Enrollment of User Devices?
In the past, you had to either ask your users to self-enroll their devices using the Manage Devices view or send an Enrollment Email to every user separately. Now, you can send enrollment links to all users simultaneously. This saves administrators the headache of manually opening each user’s profile and sending them an enrollment email one by one.
Akin to the single enrollment email feature, the Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment facilitates the enrollment of mobile devices for all users. But especially those users who log in to applications that do not support the Rublon Prompt.
Since the Bulk Mobile Device Enrollment feature is now available, we recommend you use that option to enroll your users from now on. Sending enrollment links using the Send Enrollment Emails button located at the bottom of the Users table is beneficial to both users and administrators alike:
- Administrators can easily enroll multiple users fast.
- Users do not have to access the Manage Devices view.
