We are proud to announce that our connector for Roundcube is here. You can now use Rublon Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to protect your Roundcube logins with modern MFA and 2FA using Mobile Push, FIDO2-compliant security keys, TOTP codes, and more.
How to Enable MFA for Roundcube?
Refer to the following document for a step-by-step guide on how to enable MFA for Roundcube.
MFA for Roundcube
How Does the Rublon Roundcube Connector Work?
The connector adds a second secure factor to Roundcube logins. After the user enters their password, Rublon requires them to complete another authentication method. The extra method can be a Mobile Push authentication request sent to their phone or a WebAuthn/U2F Security Key, among others.
After a short installation of the Rublon Roundcube connector, you can start using robust Two-Factor Authentication to verify your users’ logins. The authentication process can be as simple as entering your password followed by one-tap-approving a push notification.

After approving the push notification, or completing any other available authentication method, the user gains access to Roundcube.
