Rublon User Guide is meant for users who want to learn more about Rublon. If you are an administrator looking for deployment instructions, refer to our Documentation.

The Rublon SSO Portal allows you to log in to multiple applications without entering your login and password every time. You enter your login and password only once when logging in to the Rublon SSO Portal. You do not have to enter your login and password again after choosing the application.

Before You Log in to the Rublon SSO Portal

Before you attempt to log in to the Rublon SSO Portal, you need to:

  1. Ensure your administrator has installed and configured the Rublon SSO Portal for your organization.
  2. Ensure you know the URL of the SSO Portal. If you do not know the URL, contact your administrator.
  3. (Optional) If you want to use the Mobile Push authentication method, ensure you have enrolled your mobile device.
