On Monday, October 27, 2025, in the conference room at Atlas Tower in Warsaw, the next technical training for Rublon Partners took place, following the session in Zielona Góra. The event was attended by 28 specialists representing 12 Partner companies from across Poland, which demonstrates the growing interest in multi‑factor authentication (MFA) and the willingness of our Partners to expand their technical and sales knowledge around Rublon MFA.
Watch the video from the event:
The training was led by Przemyslaw Kucharzewski, Channel Sales Manager, and Patryk Suchorowski, IT Architect. Przemyslaw opened the session with a theoretical overview, and Patryk led the practical technical block that formed the heart of the event.

Cybersecurity and MFA in the Light of Upcoming Regulations
The event opened with an introductory presentation on multi‑factor authentication (MFA) as a key element of the cybersecurity ecosystem. Przemysław Kucharzewski presented the general capabilities of the Rublon MFA platform, its architecture, the available authentication methods, as well as example integrations with popular IT environments.

The discussion also placed the topic in a broader context. The impact of the NIS2 Directive and the upcoming changes to the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act were also covered. This change will significantly increase the demand for MFA deployments within Polish organizations.

The technical portion was kicked off by Patryk Suchorowski, who, step by step, reviewed the operation of the Rublon Admin Console — the central tool for managing user accounts, devices, and applications protected by MFA.

Participants had the opportunity to explore the console’s features hands‑on, including:
- user and group management,
- API key handling and the Normalize Usernames feature,
- configuration of security policies and Bypass Codes,
- device management (phones, FIDO2 security keys),
- user directory integration via Directory Sync,
- and the details of the user enrollment process.
In the latter part, we covered the Rublon Prompt view – a modern, personalised login‑confirmation interface – as well as user authenticator management within the Manage Authenticators view.

The third part of the training was dedicated to practical examples of Rublon MFA integrations:
- Rublon MFA for Windows Logon & RDP – installation process, configuration, and Offline Mode,
- Rublon Authentication Proxy – configuration, integration with Fortinet FortiGate VPN, and review of security best practices.
Thanks to this session, participants got to see how multi‑factor authentication is actually deployed in a Windows environment and enterprise network infrastructure.
Discussions, Questions, and Ideas for the Future
Participants showed strong engagement, asking numerous questions about both functionality and implementation aspects. Topics discussed included:
- user statuses and licensing,
- Directory Sync configuration (including group handling),
- Bypass Mode and its applications,
- licensing policy and the possibility of obtaining NFR versions or PoC environments,
- ensuring business continuity,
- and the number and configuration of administrator accounts.

Learning Together and Partner‑Based Relations
The training in Warsaw concluded with a summary of key findings and future plans. Both the presenters and participants agreed that regular educational events are the best way to strengthen relationships within the Partner ecosystem and facilitate the exchange of practical market knowledge.
