Rublon Partner Training in Poznan

July 7, 2026 By Rublon Authors

Last updated on July 8, 2026

On May 11, 2026, another technical training session for Rublon Partners took place in Poznan, Poland. The event brought together representatives of Partner companies from different regions of Poland who were interested in expanding their knowledge of multi-factor authentication and the practical use of Rublon MFA in customer environments.

The Poznan edition was the next stage in the series of Partner meetings organized by Rublon. As with previous trainings, this event combined strategic and regulatory topics with a practical demonstration of the platform, its administrative features, and integration scenarios.

The training was led by Przemysław Kucharzewski, Channel Sales Manager, and Patryk Suchorowski, IT Architect. The opening part focused on the broader market landscape and the factors that are currently driving the growing importance of MFA in organizations. In the following sessions, participants moved on to technical topics related to the configuration, management, and deployment of Rublon MFA.

MFA as a Response to Market Needs and New Requirements

The event opened with a presentation on the role of multi-factor authentication in a modern approach to access protection. Przemysław Kucharzewski discussed Rublon MFA as a platform that addresses not only security requirements but also the increasingly common customer expectations around scalability, deployment convenience, and integration flexibility.

Przemyslaw Kucharzewski opened the training by outlining the key principles of MFA and its role in securing modern business environments.

In this part, participants had the opportunity to look at the platform’s architecture, available authentication methods, and the ways Rublon MFA can be integrated with different IT environments. An important part of the presentation was also the regulatory context, including the impact of the NIS2 Directive and the changes resulting from the amended Polish National Cybersecurity System Act. It is this combination of regulatory compliance pressure and growing threat awareness that is making MFA increasingly become a standard, rather than an additional layer of protection implemented only in selected cases.

“After the changes to the Polish National Cybersecurity System, it is clear that multi-factor authentication has become a mandatory element of mature identity management. Today, this applies to virtually the entire public sector and a large part of the commercial market: local governments, financial institutions, healthcare, education, energy, logistics, and software houses. We are at a point where organizations are abandoning half-measures on a massive scale and moving to enterprise-class solutions.”

A Practical Look at the Rublon Admin Console

The next block of the training was dedicated to working with the Rublon Admin Console. Patryk Suchorowski showed what the day-to-day work of an administrator using the platform looks like and which features matter most from the perspective of real-world deployments.

Participants learned about the key areas of the platform, such as application, user, and group management, access policy configuration, directory synchronization using Directory Sync, user enrollment, and the management of administrators’ work within the console. Considerable attention was also devoted to the Rublon Prompt and the features related to managing user authenticators.

“At our training sessions, we prove that Rublon MFA is a flexible security platform, and not just another login plugin. Together with our Partners, we build competencies that translate into deployments that work from day one.”

Windows, RDP, and VPN in Real Deployment Scenarios

In the next part of the training, we walked through real‑world examples of Rublon MFA integrations, the kinds of environments Partners work with every day in customer projects. The presentation covered, among other things:

  • the Rublon MFA for Windows Logon & RDP connector,
  • the configuration and use of Offline Mode,
  • the Rublon Authentication Proxy service,
  • and selected deployment best practices for production environments.

Partners’ Questions and Directions for Further Development

The training in Poznan also provided an opportunity to talk about the practical aspects of working with the platform on a daily basis. Participants asked questions related both to administrative functions and to planning deployments in specific organizations.

The topics discussed included, among others:

  • questions related to the MSP Portal, which participants asked about during the training,
  • questions regarding Rublon MFA’s compliance with regulatory requirements,
  • a proposal to introduce a dark mode and a high-contrast variant in the interface,
  • the idea of adding a QR code leading to the Rublon Authenticator app store page during enrollment to speed up user onboarding,
  • suggestions for UI improvements based on the experience of Partners deploying Rublon MFA for customers and observing the most common issues reported by users.
The part of the session dedicated to the platform’s development roadmap became an opportunity to gather participant suggestions and discuss future directions that could further enhance the capabilities of Rublon MFA.

Partner Training as Part of Building a Strong Ecosystem

The Poznan edition confirmed that in-person meetings deliver not only educational, but also relational value. The opportunity to talk with Partners, jointly analyze real cases, and exchange experience means that such events genuinely support competency development across the entire Partner network.

“Following the training, participants agreed that ongoing knowledge exchange is essential for understanding market expectations, expanding Rublon MFA competencies, and reinforcing partnerships.”
